HOCHIMINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF LAW
CENTRE FOR LEGAL RESEARCH ON HUMAN AND CITIZEN RIGHTS
Centre for Legal Research on Human and Citizen Rights (HCRC) of Hochiminh City Law University is the University’s unit responsible for research and education of law on human and citizen rights.

Our Mission
- HCRC makes all of its efforts to be a leading centre in the South of Vietnam, concerning research and education of law on human and citizen rights.
- In respect of education, HCRC provides students with proper understanding and in-depth scientific knowledge of law on human and citizen rights.
